The annual NTU First-Year Students Music Festival is back! 
To support student club recruitment, the Student Activity Division is organizing the First-Year Students Music Festival—taking place alongside with the Fresher Student Orientation Camp—to help student clubs outreach to incoming students of the 115 academic year.

▍Event Info
Performance Date: Thursday, September 3, 2026, 13:00–16:30
Venue: Multi-function Court, 1st Floor, NTU Sports Center (綜合體育館1樓多功能球場)
▍Registration Info
Registration Period: March 30 – June 30, 2026
Eligibility: Clubs that completed registration for basic information in the 114-2 or 115-1 semester.

How to Register:
1. Fill in the contact information on the online form and upload your proposal (based on the template) to a cloud storage link.
2. Set the sharing permission to “Anyone with the link” and paste the link back into the form.

3. The proposal template can be downloaded from the registration form.
▍Preparation Timeline
March 30 – June 30 | Online registration (see detailed guidelines)
July 6 (Thu) | Announcement of selected clubs
July 16 (Thu) 19:00 | First online follow-up meeting
August 13 (Thu) 19:00 | Second online follow-up meeting
September 2 (Wed) | Evening rehearsal
September 3 (Thu) | Official performance

※ Selected clubs **must** attend the follow-up meetings, rehearsals, and final performance.
※ Absence from meetings or rehearsals, or violation of performance rules will result in disqualification.
▍Evaluation Criteria
Clubs will be selected based on a written review of the proposal, including:
1. Completeness of the proposal
2. Feasibility of the timeline
3. Creativity of the performance

▍Performance Rules
1. Music performances must not exceed 10 minutes. Non-musical acts must also stay within 10 minutes.
2. Performance teams are limited to 8 members on stage. (Up to 2 additional support members are allowed off-stage.)
3. Visuals such as a club poster (1920 x 1080 pixels) or video can be played on the stage screen.
   *Final files must be submitted by August 14. Content with copyright or hate speech issues may be rejected.
   *If no file is submitted, the default event visual will be shown.
4. Please use copyright-free music or songs authorized through the 
MUST website.
   *If using copyrighted music, limit to 3 songs max and list all relevant licenses in the proposal.
